Ocean Four Unit #2502

Ocean Four may suit renters who want a Related Group oceanfront condominium organized around two- through four-bedroom homes rather than a one-bedroom Jade mix. The 2006 tower at 17201 Collins Avenue sits on the sand in Sunny Isles Beach. Staffed entry, pool and beach access, fitness rooms, and valet parking support daily routines. Current leases are mostly two-bedroom plans between about 1,300 and 1,900 square feet.
Ocean Four’s renter strengths are its occupied 2006 oceanfront parcel and a two-bedroom-centered inventory on this association’s staffed beach recreation card.
The odd Collins number places the building east of A1A on the Atlantic. Height and line still decide whether a terrace reads as open ocean, city, or a framed view.
Mapped leases are two-bedroom homes, which can simplify comparison if you do not need a studio or a one-bedroom Jade layout.
Related’s description includes a heated ocean-side pool, spa, fitness, and beach cabanas. Confirm which of those spaces tenants may use.
Tenant pet eligibility, lease frequency, and unit condition are the practical checks that most often change an Ocean Four decision.
One handbook states pets for owners only and no tenant animals, while another page describes one pet per residence. Resolve that conflict in writing before you apply with a dog or cat.
Association remarks describe a six-month minimum and one lease per year after an owner waiting period. Confirm the current rule for the condo you want rather than copying an older summary.
Kitchens, baths, flooring, and furniture follow private renovation cycles. Inspect systems rather than assuming a uniform 2006 finish package throughout the tower.
Request Ocean Four’s tenant application, pet addendum, and move calendar for the chosen residence, then verify that the owner is currently allowed to lease. Submit screening documents, fees, deposits, insurance, parking forms, and elevator reservations together. Ask whether tenants may keep pets, use beach service, and access both fitness rooms, and confirm guest valet rules at the same time. Do not book movers until the association has approved the exact condo in writing.
Jade Ocean supplies a one-bedroom-inclusive mix just south, and Sole tests a condo-hotel with smaller homes. The Pinnacle offers an older oceanfront tower with tennis. Beach-side cafe and chair service belong in that comparison as well here.
Jade Ocean’s 2009 tower still lists compact one-bedrooms as regular stock, so plan size and tenant pet remarks differ from Ocean Four’s two-bedroom focus.
Sole is a twenty-four-story condo-hotel at 17315 Collins, with hotel traffic and smaller rooms than Ocean Four’s residential setup.
The Pinnacle sits farther north with tennis, an on-site cafe, and typical two- and three-bedroom sizes that can be judged without a posted completion year.
