Manatee Unit #501

Manatee may fit renters who want a 1970s oceanfront tower with conventional one- and two-bedroom homes. It stands on the sand at 9273 Collins Avenue, a short walk from the town's 93rd Street recreation center. An attended lobby, pool, fitness room, sauna, and billiards room serve the building's 123 residences. Interiors run mid-size rather than penthouse-scale, and furniture, updates, and parking still vary by owner.
Manatee's practical draw is a straightforward oceanfront one- and two-bedroom mix near Surfside's recreation complex.
The tower occupies beachfront land east of Collins Avenue. Floor and line still decide whether you face the Atlantic, the pool deck, or a neighboring building.
Standard residences are one or two bedrooms, and most fall between about 820 and 1,250 square feet.
Attended entry, a pool, fitness room, sauna, and a beach path make up the shared facilities. Confirm tenant hours for the current season.
The town's 93rd Street pools and programs are a short walk north, adding public recreation beyond the condominium's own deck.
Because Manatee's homes are similar in size, parking, pets, and current building work often decide whether a particular lease works.
Some leases here state that the association does not allow pets. Do not assume a pet is welcome; get the current written rule for tenants.
Facade or pool projects can affect noise and amenity use, so ask what is scheduled for the unit's line and what the lease says about disruption.
Assigned covered parking is common, but a second car, a guest space, or an oversized vehicle needs written confirmation.
Request the current tenant application, pet policy, and move instructions for the exact Manatee unit. Confirm owner authority, lease term, occupants, screening, insurance, fees, deposits, assigned parking, guests, deliveries, and elevator reservation. Ask whether furniture, internet, and in-unit laundry are included, and whether facade or pool work affects the home. Inspect the lobby path, parking stall, and beach access. Use 9273 Collins Avenue on every form so the lease is not mixed with Four Winds or Marbella.
Four Winds is the larger oceanfront neighbor to the south, Marbella is the 1980s beach tower closer to Bal Harbour, and The Waverly adds three-bedroom plans.
Four Winds includes studios and three-bedroom homes as well as an attended lobby. Compare unit mix, the interview step, and typical interior size before applying.
Marbella is a later oceanfront building with one- through three-bedroom plans and valet parking, so compare its fitness facilities and how close you want Bal Harbour Shops to be.
The Waverly offers newer construction and a choice between the tower and the west villas. Compare recreation, three-bedroom availability, and building age before deciding.
